Her own hair is dark grey, synthetic fibre. Uniform in the clergy’s colours and the same one she always wears. Not much to look at, but we all make do with what we have. The newcomer is not exactly welcome, but the delay of reluctance is unnoticeable to the human eye. Connected directly to the system, 061 flags her loose ends and files her current work away in far less than a second. But on analog the delay is inevitable- 061 turns her head towards the sound, smiling, so the client has something to look at while her eyes refocus. Her eyes click like a camera shutter when she blinks. chk-chk.

He takes the files as she hands them over with a nod, flipping through them with a cursory glance. Some are difficult, but not too difficult. Couple of ghouls, a stray manticore, and a chicken of gigantic fire-breathing size... the normal, the exciting, and the downright weird.

Nonetheless, the android doesn’t seem to have picked on Ran’s unease. She was made to facilitate admin and accountability processes, not pick up on human passive-aggressive bullshit, and so she passes over the folders like nothing’s wrong. And nothing is wrong. Right? ]

[The android is < expression: smiling; > to set this human at ease, but right above that smile her eyes are making direct unblinking contact. They might remind Ran a bit of an actual camera lens. Anyway, she’s not quite sure about something he just said, and she’s waiting for further input. 061 is watching for it. Watching real attentively.]

[ Ran has practiced the 'smooth talking slightly dumb guy' role for too long to be visibly disturbed by this, but he's a little weirded out. Just a little. It's certainly different from speaking to vampires or other long-lived supernatural species. ]
