[When his partner had left the village in her quest for vengeance, Arterius had accepted that - he hadn't been happy, seeing her consumed like that, but he accepted it. It didn't mean he was willing to stay in the village after that, however, and once things had been rebuilt, he had left as well. Too many memories he would rather not dwell on, and feelings he hadn't gotten over.

Which is why he travelled to the city, becoming a Hunter in on of the offices set up there. He's good at fighting and a half-breed like him is often underestimated. It's a new start, and he was ready to move on.

So imagine his surprise, when he stumbled across her again by pure chance - they had both entered the same bakery, and reached for the same thing. Only when he tried to speak to her, Anastasia immediately turned on her heel and walked away - leaving him and her two... companions with an awkward silence.

He could understand her reluctance to talk to him, he supposes. She left saying they would probably never meet again - and here they are.

One of them had left after the nephilim, leaving him with the blond haired man. And with a sigh, Arterius turns towards him.]

[There are probably countless ethical and sociological issues with employing supercomputers in the clergy. But the church is an Institution and like any other, doesn't give a damn about these things. So here we are.

Oh, did I say 'employing'? I think I meant *deploying, because employment implies a paycheck, and TO25-5695061 sure as hell isn't getting paid.

It's kind of strange that human language makes so many references to hell and damnation if they're supposed to avoid that, but 061 is of the impression that she is going to hell anyway, so it hardly matters to her. Androids lack a soul to go to heaven with. That's general concensus. Anyway she's almost done with this sick new record-filing system she's been working on, it's got subject tags and everything, she thinks she's done a good job with it if she may say so herself.

Unfortunately she's also got (5) new case files for the church Hunters and also (14) other admin things. It's unlikely she'll finish today. But it can't be helped. It is what it is- and the amount of time that's passed without someone bothering her is starting to get suspicious, statistically. (This is your cue. Pick a barbie and >Bother her.)]
